I usually do not write about bad products on my blog but this time I feel my blog deserves a post which should talk about the products on which I wasted enough of my money by simply trusting a known brand “kaya”. As my life in 30’s has already started and most of you can relate to what all skin problems we face! to resolve the skin issues like puffy eyes (because I wear specs), and pigmentation around the eye area.
The Kaya sales guy at the lifestyle store suggested me to try out 3 products which will surely help in reducing my skin problems. He suggested me to try out Kaya intense clarify HD Pigmentation reducing complex, Brightening Serum and brightening and firming eye serum. I have almost finished all 3 products and here’s my review:
Kaya Pigmentation Reducing Complex:
He suggested me to use this product for reducing pigmentation and I have used this product for almost 2 months religiously and I couldn’t figure out any difference in the pigmentation. My skin was kind of hydrated and soft because of this product but the problem remained the same. Moreover, this product is priced at Rs. 1190 and the product claims *visible results in 2 weeks*. Well this didn’t work for me so totally a waste product for me
Kaya Brightening Serum
That guy asked me to use serum along with the pigmentation reducing complex in order to get better results. I can’t really comment on its effect on the pigmentation part but this made my skin soft and supple, and radiant. The moment I stopped using this product my skin got back to normal and to tell you this product is for Rs.1490, trust me if say I can find better serum in this price range. I will not recommend you guys to try out this product.
Kaya Brightening and Firming Eye Serum
This one is quite thick in consistency and it’s more of like gel. I applied it in the under eye area and left it to dry. This formed a thin film instead of getting absorbed in the skin, like how Fevicol dries up on hand. I used it for 4-5 days thinking it works like that only but I was mistaken because soon the transparent gel converted into thick yellowish slimy kind of thing. This retails for Rs.990
This was the first time I was trying this brand but landed up with a bad experience and wasted Rs.3670. I am not going to try any more products from this brand.
Do let me know your feedback about this brand, have you tried any of Kaya’s product, how was your experience etc in the comment section.
