Review: Basil Tree, Sector -18 Noida

Good that I explored this gem “Basil Tree” in the sector -18 Noida. Name of this place caught my attention and I assumed that this place must be serving Italian food. Curiosity in me landed me on the dining table of Basil Tree. They have nice structure spread into 2 floors, the first floor is for dining and the second floor is for the party.

We took the table on the first floor and there was 90’s rock music playing in the background which took me back to my school days.  After having a look at the menu I got to know that this place offers Italian, Chinese as well as Indian food making it a perfect spot for family and friends outing. We ordered  these items:

1. Wild mushroom crostini:

   which is freshly made garlic bread topped with mushrooms, parmesan, and pesto.

2. Basil Tree special Tuscany pizza

   – pizza topped with grilled chicken , ranch dressing, pesto and mozzarella

3. Arabiata penne pasta

4. Murg malai tikka, murgh lasuni, murgh kali mirch tikka

   

   

   

   5. Veg shammi kebab6. Achari paneer tikka

   7. In mocktails, we took virgin mojito, Italian smooth, pot pourange and holiday Isle (my favorite)

   

   

   

   

   Food was nice and delicious, I would like to give special mention to the chicken tikka in which chicken was soft and juicy. Mocktails were tasty and refreshing, you should try their holiday isle which has peach syrup, pineapple juice, orange juice, mango juice, rose syrup and vanilla ice cream

Overall we had a nice experience at this place and the food was delicious and rich in taste. This place is a little bit overpriced but tasty food will compensate that 😛
