My Hairfall Story:
From last 5 months, I was facing severe hair fall. Trust me I had good voluminous hair and now what is left is just 50 % of that. Losing strands made me scared all the time. Starting from hair-brush to bathroom , I could see patches of hair.
I googled and found out that there are several reasons which can cause hair fall like:
- Genetics – If you have alopecia running in your family then your this could be one of the cause. I don’t fit into this.
- Nutrition & Diet – Lack of protein in the diet can cause hair fall as protein is the building block. I have eliminated proteins from my diet due to uric acid problem.
- Stress – We all know that how much workaholics suffer through stress. So a check mark here also.
- Hormonal Imbalance – You tend to face hair fall when your hormones start playing jumping jack. I got my thyroid test done and it was negative.

Solution:

- Wet hair. Apply sufficient amount to generate a generous lather.
- Gently massage over entire scalp. Retain the shampoo on the scalp for 2-3 mins. Rinse off thoroughly.

My Take:
Your diet needs to be good so that you do not suffer from any deficiency. You need to follow a good hair care regime. Along with diet, it is important to have a good anti-hair fall shampoo. Hair for Sure worked out for me when I included proteins in my diet and followed good hair care regime.
